(ABOVE) BRIANNE: A wonderful bright white wedding cake with a Cinderella Castle top, all on a glorious fountain adorned with stargazer lilies. Three tiers serves 170.

 

(LEFT) KELLY: This gorgeous rolled fondant cake was decorated with a light blue embroidery trim to match her dress's design and accent color. The gumpaste orchids and grapes were atop a fondant drape that was brushed with edible pearl luster dust.

  


(RIGHT) SUSAN: This cake was designed to accent Susan's dress and the shimmering colors in the bodice. The icing was an Espresso flavored Italian Buttercream Meringue with an orchid accent design. All of the roses, freesia, orchids, grapes and leaves that adorn the cake were made of gumpaste. ABOVE, Susan and Ed cutting the cake...perfect smiles for lifetime memory.

(ABOVE) MICHELLE: An elegant four tier cake to serve 160 guests with White Whipped Cream, smooth sides and beaded edges. Colorful lilies were perfect for a fall wedding.

  

(ABOVE) STEPHANIE & DAMIEN: This three tier cake was beautifully adorned with fresh yellow lilies and roses. Serves 105.

STACY & JAMES: A beautiful rolled fondant cake with a full length cascade of peach, raspberry and cobalt gumpaste orchids. Accented with edible pearl luster dust.

THE GLOW ENDURES: Beautifully textured cake with dramatic satellites. Can serve up to 250 guests.

SUE'S CAKE: A gorgeous cake inspired by a picture in a magazine titled "Petal Pushing". A three tier cake with bright vanilla whipped cream. The roses between each tier matched those on the tables and in bouquets. Simply beautiful!

 

TINA: One of the most beautiful cakes I've had the pleasure of making. 14 tiers of assorted cake to serve over 300 guests. Adorned with red roses and red carnations over the canopy and around the base.

  

GAIL AND RON: A three tiered heart shaped cake, airbrushed in silver with black drop strings and silver royal icing flowers. Serves 124.

CUPCAKES: This cool presentation, inspired by Martha Stewart Magazine, featured cupcakes for each guest. Airbrushed silver and topped with purple or pink primroses, this is a great idea for a fun crowd!

(BELOW) COLLEEN AND ALEX: This cake served over 300, with pearl trim and lilac colored drop strings, orchids and a teddy bear cake atop joining staircases.

 

(ABOVE) MOLLY: This cake was designed using a cake kit from Gail Watson in New York. The flowers on the top of the cake and in the fondant bowl separating the tiers were all individually made gumpaste flowers to match the colors of the wedding. (BELOW) MELISSA: This is a timeless cake, with stacked construction and a quilted design and celadon colored ribbon.

 

(ABOVE) SAMANTHA: This cake is finished with a slate blue whipped cream and gumpaste roses. Serves 160.

 

MICKEY AND MINNIE:
Another fun cake featuring Mickey and Minnie atop a cake with edible firecrackers of white and black hearts, flowers and stars.
