Presentation was phenomenal, just what I asked for! Every day I see the
top layer boxed in the freezer, I want to eat it! Oh well, 9 months to go. From the lines I couldn't describe to the flower cascade, Amy nailed it. Honestly, the cake was one of my favorite aspects of the wedding! Only wish I had eaten more of it.Becky and Nolan, 11/6/10
I absolutely loved the quality of service we received from Amy. She made the cake exactly how we request and everyone at our wedding comment on the look and taste of it. She went out of her way to meet us at a place convenient for us to do a cake tasting. The prices she has for cake are awesome. Amy at Sweet Expressions is a pleasure to work with and very helpful in making your day exactly what you wanted. We went to her with a unique design made up of our own wants and she made them into a masterpiece.We had searched and searched and inquried about prices elsewhere and Amy was the lowest and not but a couple dollars but by a couple hundred and the cake was perfect! We had so many compliments about how delicious and beautiful the cake was and we look forward to our 1 year anniversary so we can eat the rest! Amy was recommended to us by another vendor and she provided us with an absolutely DELICIOUS wedding cake! We had a "faux" tiered cake on display, and then Amy made us 4 different sheet cake combinations.
She was very willing to try out different flavors for us,

Amy was wonderful to work with. She was recommended to us by a good friend who got married in May 2008. Amy was very flexible and listened to our requests. As we were working with a tighter budget, Amy was able to give us what we wanted by making a Styrofoam cake (with a real cake notch in it to cut for pictures) while having sheet cakes in the back. Not only did we get what we wanted within our budget but we got a work of art. We mailed Amy a scanned photograph from a magazine for our cake design, and although the picture lacked detail, Amy's decorating was beyond what we expected and received many compliments from our photographer and guests! Not to mention that her cake was also delicious to eat.

OMG this is the best wedding cake ever!!! We had a four layer cake, each a different type of cake and filling because we couldn't choose. At our tasting she listened to what we wanted and provided suggestions to meet our needs. Because she is not a big bakery, our cake was extremely personal. (bakerk5)
