Sweet Expressions is an independent local bakery serving the
Capital District/Saratoga region since 2001, specializing in
custom wedding cakes.
Because we are a small business, personal attention to detail is our specialty. Our wedding cakes are custom works of art, individually designed for each bride and groom, adding delicious beauty and incredible taste to their wedding day!
Our cakes and icings are made using the freshest ingredients, are trans-fat free and are never frozen. Kosher, eggless and gluten free cakes are available.

And, our pricing is moderate for this area. Shopping for a wedding cake at Sweet Expressions is NOT like shopping for a new car. You won't get 'dinged' for flavor varieties, icing choices or fillings.
Cakes run $4.75 per slice with buttercream or whipped cream icing
and $5.75 with rolled fondant. If I have a cake stand you want to use, just bring it back within a few days at no-charge. Delivery and set up runs $25; gumpaste flowers, when used, run $50-$100 Consultations are complimentary.
Take a few minutes and browse pictures of our "Recent Work". You may just find the perfect cake or find a few that might be best when "married together". Feel free to bring in a picture of a cake you love that you've found on-line or in magazine .
